Herb Dressing

I bought a lot of salad fixing yesterday so thinking a lot of salads this week.  I’m making this dressing for the week to help use up some of my herbs before the frost takes them. 

¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream or plain yogurt (I’m using sour cream)
Juice of one lemon
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup chopped fresh oregano
2 tbs. chopped chives
1 clove garlic
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Place all the ingredients in the blender or small food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Store it in a mason jar.  This dressing will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
