There are many similarities in the many different faiths. We are blessed to live in a country that was founded on the right to believe in our own faith. We need to look for the similarities and respect other’s rights to safe guard our own rights. A few essentials in all of our faiths are that each faith mandates compassion, mercy, forgiveness, and truth. All faiths invite their believers to worship their unique God who is their creator. Each faith has its own rituals and even some of them have similarities. With these similarities, we should be able to come together and love one another, respect each other and live in peace. The danger lies in believing our faith is all knowing. That should be between each person and their God. We have no place in judging what God will judge in the end. God will be judging all on our compassion, mercy, forgiveness and truth. That is plenty for me to work on and address in my life time. How about you?
