Do you think that common sense is all that common? I don't believe it is any more. It seems to be a rare commodity. I prefer to call it God's sense because he seems to only be blessing a few with it making it very uncommon. Many of our politicians and government people making decisions sure are lacking in it and it shows in that they are hurting people, not helping them. It is simple, it is about people, not the politicians. We can't hurt the poorest of the poor, the helpless, the ill, the vets who have earned much more than they ever have received, the seniors who have worked for a lifetime, and the disabled. God, please gift a few more people with your sense and make our politicians mindful they need to serve all the people wisely and with compassion.
