War Horse

I went to see War Horse last night or should I say parts of War Horse.  I had to close my eyes  for parts of the movie that I just could not watch.  After watching a movie like that you wonder how there can continue to be wars.  It shows the humanity and the inhumanity of man and war; the love of of horses and the cruelty of man; the insanity of war; and the heart of a horse.  The photography should get an Oscar. Take Kleenex with you because you'll need it.  It does have a happy ending.  I don't know if I'm glad I saw it or not.  Watching it kept me up most of the night and I did not sleep well.  Man sure does not learn from history or his mistakes.  It is a movie I will always remember.
